What are news feeds and RSS?

RSS (‘Rich Site Summary’ or ‘Really Simple Syndication’) is a standard format used to deliver news feeds. News feeds allow you to retrieve content whenever it is published to a website that you are interested in. You can subscribe to receive a variety of content from Acision using the ‘Feeds available from Acision’ links provided on this page.

What do you need to use RSS feeds?

You will need to install a news reader - also known as an ‘RSS reader’ or ‘RSS aggregator’ - an application that allows you to subscribe to a news feed and lets you read any new articles that have been added.

Once you have chosen a news reader, all you have to do is to decide what content you want to receive. For example, if you would like to receive the latest Acision Thought Leadership articles, simply click on the ‘Thought Leadership’ link on this page. You can then subscribe to the feed by dragging the URL into your news reader or by cutting and pasting the URL into a new feed in your news reader.
