Business Tools Basic Operator Course

The Business Tools Basic Operator Course is intended primarily for those responsible for exploiting and maintaining the Business Tools (BT). The course provides thorough knowledge about the architecture, system management, configuration, tracing and troubleshooting of the BT. It also gives some hands-on practice with the Message History Tools and Business Objects.

Objectives

After the course participants are able to operate, manage, configure and troubleshoot the Business Tools. They understand or know amongst others:

the components the system consists of, the operator procedures for managing the BT system, the operator and configuration features of the BT system and troubleshooting the BT system

Intended audience

This training course is intended for operators, network operators and first line support staff, which are involved with the Business Tools. The course is not intended for users of the Message History Tools and/or Business Objects

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the UNIX operating system is required and Oracle/SQL is preferred.
