Certification Programmes

The certification pathway structure and content enables Acision Customers to be confident their staff are suitably skilled to maximise platform availability and revenue generation whilst being more capable to handle changes as they arise. From basic to advanced level the certification pathway defines the prerequisites, components and measurements for each course that constitute a certified level of expertise. With certified engineers, Acision customers with in depth skills will be able to have improved dialogue with Acision engineers thus reducing problem resolution time frames.

Each step in the certification pathway involves several levels of evaluation. This includes examining training effectiveness and newly acquired knowledge (as per Kirkpatrick's levels 1 and 2 of training evaluation). The certification process also incorporates defined timeframes during which real-life practical experience is acquired to enable a behavioral changes in normal work environment (as per Kirkpatrick's level 3 of training evaluation).

Every student follows four stages of acquiring knowledge, experiencing, reviewing, concluding and planning. All of these stages are reflected in the instructional design of Acision courses and the complex assessment of participants during the certification day. This includes theoretical and practical elements which exercise all four types of Kolb Learning styles and are build on real-life situations.
