Acision offers a comprehensive set of instructor led training resources for improving technology expertise. Product and where applicable platform courses are available at basic and advanced levels covering all operations and maintenance knowledge required for Acision products and solutions.
Course Overview
Course development is undertaken during product development by the product trainers, working alongside the development teams to gain detailed in depth product knowledge as it is created. This ensures that not only the required product information is captured in the material, but that the appropriate didactic focus is included. The same team of product trainers also deliver the courses thus ensuring all learning outcomes are achieved.
Product Trainers
The Acision product trainers primarily come from an IT training background or from an operational services background and are located in the Acision training centres. By blending these two backgrounds Acision is able to ensure that it’s training courses are effective at delivering the required product and operational knowledge required by our customers. The product trainers cooperate extensively with product development, maintenance and operational services teams thus ensuring their product and operational product knowledge is maintained and conveyed through the training courses.
Training Delivery
Acision can deliver courses on customer premises or through it’s training centres which are located thus:
During delivery the trainers will utilise either customer test systems, remote access to the Acision training suite located in Brno or will use simulated environments. For customers travelling to Acision training centres, we can help arrange accommodation and travel where required. Delegates undertaking training at Acision training centres will also benefit from the opportunity to interact and exchange experiences with other professionals and Acision solution specific engineers.
Delegates receive a course binder containing a hard copy of course presentation slides, including note pages offering tips and tricks, background information and technical references, exercises with answers and solution specific handouts.
