Acision Cloud offers proven and popular high-value Personalised Messaging Services now optimised for cloud delivery. This enables the mobile operator to rapidly capitalize on high levels of subscriber interest in Personalised Messaging services and scale costs as service usage grows. This balance of service utilisation and costs assure the operator of predictable profit margins. Acision Cloud Personalised Messaging Services available include Group Messaging, Auto-Reply, Auto-Signature, Message Copy, Personalised Black / White list, Distribution List, Multi-SIM, Alias and Divert.
Acision's Group SMS Messaging service allows subscribers to set up and easily exchange messages with groups of people (friends, family and colleagues), initiating group conversations and using text messaging as the delivery channel. Subscribers may create up to 20 groups on their handset and each group has its own 'identifier' which may include up to 50 members.
The group creator invites other members to the group, and any member can send messages to the group. All members receive that message and are able to reply to the group. This service does not require a handset client application, works with every mobile phone and generates exponential volumes of messaging traffic.
Back to top Capitalising on widely adopted email behaviours, Acision Auto-Reply service means users can set up their account to automatically reply with a pre-defined message to a sender of a message (for example, out of office). This service can be configured to give a specific reply to a group of originators, for example, one reply to family, another to work colleagues and another to customers.
Auto reply messages can be sent once to each sender within each activation period or configured to reply to every message. Service rules enable the reply sent to be specified using any combination of sender, time and content. The service is simple and easy for users to utlise, adding professionalism to the messaging experience.
Back to top Acision Message Copy service automatically copy/forwards incoming or outgoing messages (SMS/MMS) to a set of destinations (up to 20). Messages can also be copied to a secondary device, to colleagues while on holiday or from old number to a new number - which is ideal for Enterprise Customers. It also enables a central message store such as a carrier archive or copy SMS to an external e-mail inboxes, like Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo. This service adds real 'stickiness' to the operator's messaging service and provides real value for subscribers.
Back to top With Acision Auto Signature service, users can automatically set up and include a signature to the bottom of sent messages, up to 160 characters, just like how email signatures work. This is an excellent service for Enterprise Customers and adds value and professionalism to the messaging experience.
Users can define:
- One signature that is applied to all users
- Signatures that are personalised for a sender or group of senders or on time basis
- A signature applied if there is sufficient space within messages or additional segments are added depending on configuration
- A signature applied to copies made by a messaging copy service

Subscribers can selectively control communications streams through time and content service rules. For example, white lists can be used as the “trusted” list for parental control and black lists can be created where users want messages blocked.

This provides and additional level of personalisation to the messaging experience and users appreciate the appeal of controlling their alias. Users can set destinations where alias' are not applied (work) and message receivers can choose not to receive aliased messages.
For Enterprises, this enables 'no-reply' messaging relevant for internal communication.
